By installing, accessing, or using Trade Autobot (the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Power'f GOD (the 'Developer'). The Service is provided globally and subject to these terms regardless of your location.

Trade Autobot is provided as an educational and analytical tool under a subscription model. The Free tier includes limited analysis requests per month. Premium tiers (Ranger, Warrior, Prime) unlock additional credits and features as described on our pricing page. All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing and features with 7 days' notice.

TRADING CARRIES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS. No tool, analysis, or AI recommendation guarantees (100%) profits. You acknowledge that:

(1) You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and account management;

(2) Past performance does not indicate future results;

(3) The Service provides educational analysis, NOT financial, investment, or trading advice;

(4) You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose;

(5) We strongly recommend practicing with paper (demo) accounts before using real capital.

You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

When you click 'Analyze', the Service processes market data with advanced trading concepts using AI to generate trading insights based on your configured preferences (risk percentage, trading style, etc.). You review the analysis and decide whether to execute trades. The Service can execute orders manually (you place them) or automatically (extension places them on your behalf) on supported broker platforms. All execution requires your explicit authorization.

Trade Autobot integrates with TradingView, Exness, and FundedNext web interfaces through browser automation. When you execute trades, the extension interacts with your broker's web UI to place orders—it NEVER accesses your account credentials, passwords, or broker APIs directly. Platform compatibility may change as brokers update their interfaces. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any broker platform. You are responsible for maintaining valid broker accounts and complying with their terms.

Your extension data (settings, trade history, preferences) is stored locally on your device. When you request analysis, market data and your preferences are transmitted to our servers for processing. We use Google OAuth for authentication. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on data handling.

Trade Autobot™ and all associated logos, designs, code, and documentation are the proprietary property of Power'f GOD and protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service without express written permission. The Service's source code is proprietary and confidential.

You may NOT:

(1) Use the Service for illegal activities or to violate any laws;

(2) Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or circumvent security features;

(3) Share your account credentials with others;

(4) Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in prohibited trading practices;

(5) Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service;

(6) Use automated scripts to abuse the API or analysis limits;

(7) Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: The Service is provided 'AS IS' without warranties of any kind. The Developer shall NOT be liable for any trading losses, damages, lost profits, data loss, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of such possibility. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

(1) Violation of these Terms;

(2) Fraudulent activity or abuse;

(3) Any reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or other users.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access ends immediately, but data stored locally on your device remains until you uninstall the extension.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts. If you are located outside Nigeria, you agree that Nigerian law applies, but you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights in your local jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated terms, you must stop using the Service.
